This policy explains how Lipstick Sourcing may use inquiry fields you submit on this website. Lipstick Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. We use submitted name, work email, company, phone and requirement text to organize factory quote requests when a live endpoint exists.

What we collect

Form fields include name, email, optional phone and company, and the procurement requirement. Optional helper notes for inquiry option, budget and supplier preference may be merged into the requirement text at submit time. We do not ask for payment card data on this site.

How we use it

Data is used to restate your brief, ask factories for matching quotes and reply to the work email you provide. We do not sell inquiry data as a marketing list. Retention follows operational need for open sourcing threads until a production retention rule is published.
